2026 Registration Manual

⚠️ CRITICAL: Ensure you have registered on the Club Website Registration Portal and settled club fees first. This PlayFootball portal is for Association Fees (Football Australia, Football West & WACFA), National Insurance and Match-Day Squadi integration only.

1. Select Your Package

Players 19+

Adults

For Men's and Women's Senior competitive teams. Fees are $296.90

Juniors

For MiniRoos (U5-U12) and Juniors (U13-U19). Fees are $149.54

📋 Preparation Checklist

Gather these before clicking the buttons to avoid timeouts:

WA WWC: Card Number or Receipt Number (Volunteers only).

Payment: Card for Association fees (unless KidSport).

2. Account Setup & Sync

✨ New to Football?

If you have never registered to play football in Australia before, select "Create Football Account" on the PlayFootball landing page. Use a permanent email address (avoid school emails).

Account Sync (Returning Players)

Log in with your existing email. Select "Claim This Profile" to keep your history. Avoid creating duplicates. If you create a new account with a different email, your previous playing history and FFA ID will not link correctly.

3. Player Registration Detail

Select Participant

Choose yourself or the child you are registering. Ensure all contact details are up to date for 2026.

Photo Upload

Mandatory for Squadi IDs. No hats/sunglasses. Ensure image is JPEG/PNG and under 1MB.

T&C Unlock

Click the blue links, open the pop-ups, and scroll to the bottom to unlock the "Agree" checkbox.

Payment

Pay the Association fees via card. Your registration is "Pending" until this is complete.

4. Coach & Volunteer Detail (WA Based)

🛡️ WA Working With Children (WWC) Process

Mandatory for all 18+ Staff:

  1. Visit an Australia Post Outlet to collect a physical WWC Application Form (Forms are not available for download).
  2. Fill out the form, choosing "Volunteer" ($11.00).
  3. Have the form signed by the Club President.
  4. Lodge the completed form back at Australia Post. Use the Receipt Number provided to register in Step 2 below.

Enter your Card Number or your Australia Post Receipt Number.

Coaches require a photo for Squadi match-day team sheets.

5. Post-Registration

What Happens Next?

The Registrar reviews your data. Once status is "Active," your profile syncs to Squadi. Download it now to prepare for the season:
